Interim Director's Update:

We began a new habit last week - a monthly Team Leaders Meeting, intended to be a time for discussion of progress toward meeting our 2015 goals. Thanks to all who attended the meeting last Friday. We began a process of "drilling down" into each goal, to further clarify the work each team will do as we move forward. Click on this link to see our Goals analysis. Hopefully, the guiding questions in the PowerPoint will help each team focus on action steps for the months to come.

Looking forward to continued conversation on Friday!

Sincerely,
Ann
